So even if they roll a 6 you just need a 3 to win the roll off and disable invuln saves on an AP3 D8 attack. For 1 CP against something like say a Custodes HQ like Trajann (Str 5), the opponent rolls 1d6+5 and you roll 1d6+9 (or more if you previously got a Gauntlet kill). Secondaries are badly needed and these look usable to me. +1 AP in melee is just as good for Iconoclast as it always was and makes Thunderstrike Gauntlets more interesting. +1 to wound is still really good though, and some of the custom house traits for Infernal are really good. The Infernal Household lost the bonus to damage, which hurts, and the Transhuman only wounded on 4+ is worse than +1 toughness. There are a couple duplicate images, but that's very helpful! I'm wondering if a Valiant that deepstrikes in would be worth it.Īm I reading the custom households right in that you only select one ability now? Perhaps that's a bit of a nerf or moving some of the power of the army out of the Household Bond and into the Dread aura ability.
